迎秋

The leaves are restless in their dancing

梢舞长空躁叶灵，

I lean hard against the wind

首锵怒啸尾难行。

Smell of rain upon the pavement

雨翻泥芳香染裳，

Withered branches sway and bend

望枝恃酒不惺兴。

There is a whisper at the Windows

细风似雪痴栊前，

And melancholy heavy in the air

呕歌韫怆薰眼睑。

Autumn comes in wearing red and yellow

艳秋纤怯潜沉夕，

And leaves with a black veil in her hair

枯叶垂迷故人脸。

The shadows reach into the twilight

削锐阴影楔残晖，

Scarves are waving their goodbyes

纷扰衣袖祭离回。

To the sun and to the summer

曜露觐东送夏阳，

As the moon begins to rise 

黧月羸西夜积跬。

And so silhouettes of things remembered

臆乱思繁影掠过， 

They form inside my minds unblanking eye
